The data provided in the contact form, email or phone call are processed for the purpose of responding to an inquiry, presenting information about an offer, prepare a quotation, or take action before concluding a contract.
The basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO and - in terms of additional handling of correspondence and protection against claims - Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
Contract execution and legal obligations
If the contact leads to the conclusion of a contract, the data may be processed for the performance of the contract, billing, issuance of accounting documents, and performance of legal obligations.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA and Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA.
Defense against claims and archiving
Data may also be processed for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, as well as for internal archival and organizational purposes.
The basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Cookies and additional tools
If optional analytics, marketing tools or external widgets are used on the site, data may be processed based on the user's consent expressed through the cookie banner or browser settings - depending on the specific tool and how it works.
4 Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to entities that support the Administrator in running the site and handling inquiries, in particular:
- IT hosting and infrastructure providers - Hostinger,
- Email or communication tool providers - Hostinger,
- providers of forms / plug-ins of the WordPress / Elementor site - to the extent necessary for the operation of the site,
- Google reviews widget provider Trustindex - if the widget is used on the site,
- to accounting, legal or technical entities - if necessary for the purpose of processing.
The data is not sold to third parties.
5 Transfers of data outside the EEA
As a rule, the Administrator strives to use solutions that limit the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. However, in connection with the use of certain external services - e.g., widgets, email, analytics or infrastructure services - data may be transferred outside the EEA, if the provider in question does so.
In such a case, the transfer of data shall be carried out only using the legally required safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or other permissible legal basis, insofar as applicable.

- data related to the contract and accounting records - for the period required by law,

- data processed on the basis of consent - until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose is no longer relevant,
- cookies - in accordance with the lifetime of the cookie in question, or until they are deleted by the user.

- deletion of data,
- processing restrictions,
- Data portability - when the basis of processing is consent or contract,
- raise an objection - when the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
- revoke consent at any time if processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
